Almirante Pastene located in the district Providencia, represents a sector which is vertically expanding and growing with residential buildings and other services.

The new 244 building designed by Cristián Boza delivers units only in a raw stage of construction, so that each tenant may enable each one as an office or small clinics, as needed.

This case corresponds to a unit located in a corner of the building that must be enabled as a Dental Clinic. The challenge was to install three 69m2 boxes for patients, a front desk area and waiting room, all with natural light and ventilation.

A number of services such as x-rays, clean rooms for sterile handling tools, storage space and bathrooms were also required.
